Steve Cooper is the founder and CEO of Mardale, LLC and has been leading complex and cross-functional programs and initiatives for over 20 years as an Executive and as a Freelancer. He was trained at EY and has worked closely with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and CIOs to define and deliver programs that resulted in improved productivity, millions of dollars in financial savings, new product releases and improved skills and talent. He has lead digital transformations, offshoring of critical administrative functions, cloud-based digital products releases and more. His clients have included global and local companies such as Conde Nast, Viacom, EY, Vice Media and Consumer Reports.

Steve has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. He has spent his career launching startups and growing small companies as they build from an idea into profitable and well established businesses. He started Mardale, LLC to provide clarity and a path for executives to turn their business problems into financial and reputational success.
Steve has an MBA from NYU and lives in New York City with his wife Julie and two sons.
