Steve has always had the entrepreneurial spirit. He has spent his career launching startups and growing small companies as they build from an idea into profitable and well established businesses. He started Mardale Company, LLC to provide clarity and a path for executives to turn their business problems into financial and reputational success.

Steve has an MBA from NYU and lives in New York City with his wife Julie and two sons Harrison and Charlie.
